N-Acetyl Selank Amidate

NA-Selank · N-Acetyl-Selank · Selank Amidate

100-400mcg SubQ daily
200-500 mcg Nasal Daily

N-Acetyl Selank Amidate is a modified, more stable version of Selank, a synthetic peptide analogue of the naturally occurring immunomodulatory peptide tuftsin. Selank was developed at the Institute of Molecular Genetics of the Russian Academy of Sciences and has been approved in Russia as an anxiolytic since 2009. The N-acetyl amidate modification protects the peptide from rapid enzymatic degradation, resulting in improved bioavailability and a longer duration of action compared to native Selank.

Acetylation and amidation significantly increase the blood-brain barrier permeability and half-life compared to base Selank. Also highly effective via SubQ.

How it works

Modulates GABAergic neurotransmission and enhances the inhibitory effect of GABA, producing anxiolytic effects without sedation or dependence.

Increases expression of brain-derived neurotrophic factor (BDNF) and influences serotonin metabolism, supporting neuroplasticity and mood regulation.

Modulates cytokine expression (IL-6, IL-10) and influences T-helper cell balance, contributing to immunomodulatory effects.

Claims we could not support

No abstract we checked supports these for this molecule at this route. That is not the same as saying they are false — it marks where the evidence is missing.

Dose/route: 100-400mcg; Subcutaneous (SubQ); daily. No checked live PubMed abstract verified this exact displayed dose, route, and frequency for the same molecule/formulation and relevant population.

Mechanism: Modulates GABAergic neurotransmission and enhances the inhibitory effect of GABA, producing anxiolytic effects without sedation or dependence.. No checked live PubMed abstract provided an exact-molecule/formulation sentence supporting this source-JSON mechanism claim.

Primary safety claim: Mild fatigue or drowsiness (uncommon). No checked live PubMed abstract directly verified this source-JSON safety claim at the displayed formulation, route, and regimen.

Interactions & stacking

Two different questions: what is documented about running these together, and what is documented about drawing them into the same syringe. A good pharmacological partner can still have to be pinned separately.

Documented together

BPC-157Tissue repair peptide and anxiolytic peptide act through independent mechanisms
EpithalonTelomerase activation and anxiolytic effects are independent pathways
Thymosin Alpha-1Immune modulation and anxiolytic effects do not conflict
KPVAnti-inflammatory peptide and anxiolytic peptide have non-overlapping mechanisms

Keep separate

GHK-CuCopper-peptide complex may degrade Selank via metal-catalyzed oxidation - do not mix in same syringe

Check any specific pair in the Stack & Interaction Checker, which answers both questions separately. Absence of a documented conflict is not evidence of safety.
