PE-22-28 Component: Derived from Prohibitin, this peptide interacts with mitochondrial and nuclear signaling pathways to enhance cellular stress resistance. PHB family proteins regulate mitochondrial morphogenesis, cell cycle progression, and transcriptional control. PE-22-28 enhances neuronal resilience against oxidative stress and metabolic insults at the cellular level.

Pinealon Component (Glu-Asp-Arg): As a Khavinson bioregulator, Pinealon penetrates cells and interacts directly with DNA at the level of histone modification and transcription factor accessibility. It modulates expression of genes involved in melatonin synthesis (AANAT, ASMT), circadian clock regulation, and neuroprotective pathways. Effects persist beyond the dosing period because gene expression changes are sustained through epigenetic mechanisms. Works at very low concentrations through direct DNA interaction rather than classical receptor binding.

Selank Component: Modulates GABA-A receptor sensitivity to enhance inhibitory neurotransmission without benzodiazepine-site binding. Early
Days 1–7

Days 1-7: Selank anxiolytic calming typically felt within 1-2 doses. Reduced anxiety and improved emotional regulation without sedation. PE-22-28 neuroprotective effects begin at the cellular level but are not subjectively noticeable this early. Pinealon begins gene expression modulation in pineal tissue. Mild injection site effects possible.

Broadest peptide compatibility of any commercial blend

Unproven in humans

Supported by chemistry. None of the three components contain methionine, tryptophan, cysteine, or histidine residues, eliminating oxidation concerns with GHK-Cu. No anionic charge issues means compatibility with LL-37. This is a verifiable chemical property, not a clinical claim.

Pinealon effects persist for weeks to months through epigenetic mechanisms
