Conservative first, always
Every compound leads with the lowest sensible starting dose, never the biggest number. You can always go up. You cannot undo going too high too fast.
Honest about the evidence
Human, animal and lab evidence are graded separately and plainly. Where there are no human trials, it says so in bold, and popular claims get graded against what is actually supported.
Safety is not buried at the bottom
Interactions, what not to put in the same syringe, side effects and the regulatory reality sit on the page with the dosing, not hidden three scrolls down. If something has a real flag on it, you see it while you are deciding.

OnePin by BlessUp started because getting a straight answer about a peptide was harder than it should be.
Ask a simple question, like how much to start with, and the answers are all over the place. A forum thread from someone guessing, a study abstract that never mentions a human dose, a chart with no context. None of that helps somebody standing in their kitchen holding a vial and a syringe.
So we built the thing we wanted. A library where every compound is written up the same way, where the starting dose comes before the heroic one, where we say plainly when the human evidence does not exist, and where the tools do the math for you instead of leaving you to guess at units on a syringe.
Our job here is to tell you when something is overhyped, when a claim is not supported by the evidence, and when two compounds should not share a syringe. The same compound gets the same treatment every time, so you can actually compare one against another instead of guessing.
