Immune system regulatorLymphocyte function modulator

Crystagen (Thr-Glu-Asp) is a Khavinson bioregulator tripeptide targeting the immune system, specifically supporting lymphocyte function and immune cell gene expression. It complements Thymalin (thymus) and Vladonix (thymus gland) by targeting peripheral immune cell function rather than thymic development.

Synthetic peptide analogous to Vladonix, acting on the thymus to modulate immunity. This is the ORAL capsule dose and is not an injection dose. Oral peptide absorption is poor, so this figure is far higher than the injectable protocol on purpose. Do not inject this amount.

Each reference below was re-fetched from its PubMed record, and the quoted sentence was confirmed to appear in that abstract and to support the claim it sits under. Follow any of them to read the source.

Crystagen activated B cells in the aging spleen but did not cause spleen-cell renewal.

Crystagen also activates B-cells of the immune system; however, the peptide doesn't cause cell renewal in spleen as it ages.

[Molecular aspects of immunoprotective activity of peptides in spleen during the ageing process]. Advances in gerontology = Uspekhi gerontologii · 2014 · PMID 28976144

Evidence scope. Exact peptide, but a brief aging-spleen study abstract; it does not establish broader human lymphocyte/cytokine mechanisms.

Claims we could not support

No abstract we checked supports these for this molecule at this route. That is not the same as saying they are false — it marks where the evidence is missing.

Quick-start dose/route: 1 mg SubQ daily for 10 days. No checked abstract administered Crystagen at this dose or route.

Detailed mechanism: cytokine production, lymphocyte proliferation, and immune surveillance. The exact-name abstract supports only a narrower B-cell finding.

Primary safety: very well tolerated with autoimmune caution. No checked human safety abstract was found. Embedded PMIDs 19830585 and 19902107 are broad peptide-aging reviews; PMID 12937682 is Epithalon, not Crystagen.

05

Interactions & stacking

Two different questions: what is documented about running these together, and what is documented about drawing them into the same syringe. A good pharmacological partner can still have to be pinned separately.

Pin alone. Crystagen must not share a syringe with anything else, whatever the pharmacology says. PIN ALONE.

Documented together

TA-1Crystagen bioregulates immune gene expression, TA-1 directly modulates immune effector cells.
ThymalinThymalin targets thymus, Crystagen targets peripheral immune cells. Run in sequence.

Keep separate

GHK-CuCopper degrades bioregulators.

Check any specific pair in the Stack & Interaction Checker, which answers both questions separately. Absence of a documented conflict is not evidence of safety.
