Chonluten
Chonluten (Khavinson)
Chonluten (Thr-Glu-Asp-Gly) is a Khavinson bioregulator tetrapeptide targeting respiratory and gastrointestinal mucosal tissue gene expression. It supports mucosal epithelial cell function, barrier integrity, and tissue maintenance in both the lungs and GI tract.
Starting dose. 250 mcg — Daily
SubQ injection, any time of day. 10-20 day courses, 2-3 cycles per year with 4-6 months between courses (Khavinson protocol). Pin alone or with other bioregulators only.
Start here. Every protocol below is ordered lowest-first. Begin at the smallest effective dose, hold about a week to assess tolerance, and step up only if needed.
How it works
Chonluten modulates gene expression in mucosal epithelial cells of the respiratory tract and GI system, supporting mucin production, tight junction protein expression, and mucosal immune defense pathways.
What to expect
Days 1-10: Gene changes initiated.
Weeks 2-8: Mucosal gene programs established.
Months: Sustained mucosal support.
Evidence
Claims we could not support
No abstract we checked supports these for this molecule at this route. That is not the same as saying they are false — it marks where the evidence is missing.
Dose/route: 250 mcg SubQ daily for 10 days. The only exact-name PubMed abstract is an in-vitro cell-line study and provides no injectable human dose or route.
Mechanism/identity: Thr-Glu-Asp-Gly tetrapeptide regulating respiratory and GI mucosal genes. The exact-name PubMed abstract (PMID 35408963) explicitly calls Chonluten a tripeptide, supplies no sequence, and studies monocyte/macrophage inflammatory signaling rather than respiratory/GI mucosal gene expression. The page identity and mechanism are therefore not verified.
Primary safety concern / excellent safety profile. No checked human SubQ safety abstract for Chonluten was found.
The honest take
Dual respiratory/GI mucosal support
Bioregulatory mechanism targeting mucosal epithelium in both organ systems.
Interactions & stacking
Two different questions: what is documented about running these together, and what is documented about drawing them into the same syringe. A good pharmacological partner can still have to be pinned separately.
Documented together
Keep separate
Check any specific pair in the Stack & Interaction Checker, which answers both questions separately. Absence of a documented conflict is not evidence of safety.
Side effects & safety
Commonly reported
- Very well tolerated
Less common & notes
- Excellent safety profile.
Pharmacokinetics
SubQ
Mucosal gene expression changes persist weeks to months after peptide clearance
Rapid enzymatic degradation (peptidases); renal excretion of amino acid components
Storage. Standard BAC water 2-8C. 21-28 days.
Regulatory status
Not FDA-approved. Research peptide.

Calculate, log & track
Open Chonluten straight into OnePin with your vial and dose pre-filled, then let it handle the syringe math and remind you before the vial runs out.
