Ovagen
Ovagen (Khavinson)
Ovagen (Lys-Glu-Asp) is a Khavinson bioregulator tripeptide targeting liver and gastrointestinal tissue gene expression. It overlaps with Livagen (liver-focused) but has broader hepatic and GI tissue targeting. Supports hepatocyte function, GI epithelial maintenance, and digestive system health.
Starting dose. 10-50 mcg — Daily
SubQ injection, any time of day. 10-20 day courses, 2-3 cycles per year with 4-6 months between courses (Khavinson protocol). Pin alone or with other bioregulators only.

How it works
Ovagen modulates gene expression in hepatocytes and GI epithelial cells, supporting liver detoxification pathways, GI barrier integrity, and digestive enzyme production at the gene level.
What to expect
Days 1-10: Gene changes initiated.
Weeks 2-8: Hepatic/GI gene programs established.
Months: Sustained support.
Evidence
Claims we could not support
No abstract we checked supports these for this molecule at this route. That is not the same as saying they are false — it marks where the evidence is missing.
Dose/route: 10-50 mcg daily via SubQ injection, 10-20 day course, 2-3x per year. No checked live PubMed abstract supported this complete molecule/formulation/route/dose/frequency combination.
Mechanism: Ovagen modulates gene expression in hepatocytes and GI epithelial cells, supporting liver detoxification pathways, GI barrier integrity, and digestive enzyme production at the gene level.. No checked live abstract supported this full mechanistic claim at the card's formulation/route without extrapolation.
Primary safety claim: Very well tolerated. No checked live abstract directly established this as the primary concern for the card's exact formulation and regimen.
The honest take
Liver/GI dual support
Bioregulatory mechanism targeting both hepatic and GI tissue gene expression.
Interactions & stacking
Two different questions: what is documented about running these together, and what is documented about drawing them into the same syringe. A good pharmacological partner can still have to be pinned separately.
Documented together
Keep separate
Check any specific pair in the Stack & Interaction Checker, which answers both questions separately. Absence of a documented conflict is not evidence of safety.
Side effects & safety
Commonly reported
- Very well tolerated
Less common & notes
- Excellent safety profile.
