How it works

B vitamins serve as essential coenzymes in cellular energy metabolism. Thiamine (B1) is a cofactor for pyruvate dehydrogenase and alpha-ketoglutarate dehydrogenase in the citric acid cycle. Riboflavin (B2) forms FAD, a key electron carrier in the electron transport chain. Niacin (B3) forms NAD+/NADH, central to redox reactions throughout metabolism.

Pyridoxine (B6) is a coenzyme for over 100 enzymatic reactions including amino acid metabolism, neurotransmitter synthesis (serotonin, dopamine, GABA), and hemoglobin production. Cobalamin (B12) and folate are essential for DNA synthesis, methylation reactions, and red blood cell maturation.

Injectable delivery achieves higher peak plasma levels than oral supplementation and completely bypasses intestinal absorption barriers, making it the preferred route for patients with GI malabsorption, pernicious anemia (intrinsic factor deficiency), or severe deficiency states requiring rapid repletion.
