Endogenously synthesized from phosphatidylcholine and serine, PS levels decline with aging and the synthesis machinery becomes less efficient - making PS supplementation a logical intervention for age-related cognitive decline.,PS supplementation has 30+ years of clinical research, with a robust evidence base for cognitive function in aging adults, ADHD support in children, exercise recovery, and stress/cortisol modulation.
