Tart Cherry (Prunus cerasus, Montmorency variety predominant in research) is a cherry variety rich in anthocyanins, melatonin, and antioxidants. Used for sleep support (natural melatonin source), exercise recovery (anti-inflammatory anthocyanins), and gout/hyperuricemia management.
