MSM
Methylsulfonylmethane
MSM (Methylsulfonylmethane) is an organosulfur compound naturally found in green plants, animals, and humans. As a dietary supplement, MSM provides bioavailable sulfur for protein and connective tissue synthesis. Most clinically researched for joint pain (osteoarthritis), inflammation, and exercise recovery.
Divided doses or single dose with largest meal.

How it works
MSM provides bioavailable sulfur with multiple effects:
Sulfur Substrate
Sulfur is required for synthesis of methionine, cysteine, glutathione, taurine, and many connective tissue components. MSM provides easily-absorbed sulfur.
Anti-Inflammatory
NF-κB pathway modulation reduces inflammatory cytokine production - mechanism for joint and muscle effects.
Collagen / GAG Synthesis
Sulfur is required for chondroitin sulfate and other GAG synthesis - supports cartilage matrix.
Exercise Recovery
Reduced post-exercise muscle damage markers and faster recovery in some trials.
Antioxidant Support
Glutathione and taurine synthesis depend on sulfur substrate.
What to expect
Days 1-14: minimal subjective change.
Weeks 4-12: peak joint and recovery benefit.
Long-term: sustained effect.
