Magnesium Malate is a magnesium salt of malic acid, providing 6.5% elemental magnesium plus malic acid - an intermediate in the citric acid cycle (Krebs cycle) for cellular energy production. The combination is positioned as the preferred magnesium form for fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue, and energy/muscle support due to malate's role in mitochondrial ATP production.
