Pre-mixed repair and anti-aging blendGHK-Cu + BPC-157 + TB-500 combinationCollagen remodelingTissue repair

The Glow Blend is a three-peptide repair and anti-aging combination containing GHK-Cu (50mg), BPC-157 (10mg), and TB-500 (10mg). It builds on the Wolverine Blend foundation by adding GHK-Cu, a naturally occurring copper-complexed tripeptide that drives collagen remodeling and modulates approximately 4,000 human genes involved in tissue repair, anti-aging, and antioxidant defense. The name reflects the skin quality improvements users commonly report from the GHK-Cu component.

How it works

The Glow Blend combines three distinct and complementary repair mechanisms:

The Glow Blend combines three distinct and complementary repair mechanisms:

GHK-Cu Component (50mg): Delivers bioavailable copper(II) to lysyl oxidase and other copper-dependent enzymes critical for collagen cross-linking, elastin formation, and extracellular matrix integrity. GHK-Cu directly modulates expression of approximately 4,000 genes, upregulating tissue repair genes (collagen, decorin, metalloproteinases) while suppressing inflammation and tissue destruction genes. It stimulates synthesis of collagen types I, III, and V, elastin, glycosaminoglycans, and proteoglycans. Also regulates copper-dependent antioxidant enzymes including superoxide dismutase.

BPC-157 Component (10mg): Activates local repair through VEGF-driven angiogenesis, nitric oxide system modulation, GH receptor upregulation, and FAK-paxillin pathway activation for cell migration. Creates the vascular infrastructure needed for repair.

TB-500 Component (10mg): Drives systemic repair via actin polymerization regulation, enabling fibroblasts and endothelial cells to migrate to injury sites. Suppresses NF-kB inflammatory signaling and promotes new blood vessel formation through pathways distinct from BPC-157.

Synergy: GHK-Cu provides the collagen remodeling template, BPC-157 builds the blood vessel network to supply it, and TB-500 delivers the repair cells. The combination addresses tissue repair from gene expression through structural assembly.

What to expect

Early
Days 1–7

Days 1-7: BPC-157 and TB-500 begin reducing inflammation and pain. GHK-Cu starts modulating gene expression and collagen synthesis pathways. Mild warmth at injection site is normal. Blue tint of reconstituted solution from copper is normal.

Mid
Weeks 2–4

Weeks 2-4: Visible skin quality improvements from GHK-Cu collagen synthesis. BPC-157 angiogenesis and TB-500 cell migration producing measurable healing. Chronic injuries responding. Skin texture and elasticity improving. Hair may appear healthier.

Later
Weeks 4–12

Weeks 4-12: Full collagen remodeling effects from GHK-Cu. Organized collagen cross-linking via lysyl oxidase producing lasting structural improvements. Scar tissue reduction. Skin firmness and elasticity at peak improvement. Chronic joint and tendon issues substantially improved.

The honest take

GHK-Cu modulates 4,000 genes for anti-aging effects

The gene modulation data comes from validated microarray studies (Pickart et al.), but these are in vitro results. Whether injectable GHK-Cu achieves sufficient tissue concentrations to replicate this gene modulation systemically in humans is unconfirmed.

Visible skin glow and rejuvenation within weeks

Topical GHK-Cu trials do show measurable skin improvements in 4-12 weeks. Injectable delivery may produce faster systemic effects, but this is extrapolated from topical data, not proven in injectable human trials.

Three-peptide synergy covers the full healing cascade
Plausible

Mechanistically sound - each peptide targets a distinct repair pathway (angiogenesis, cell migration, collagen remodeling). However, no study has tested this specific combination to confirm additive or synergistic benefit over any single component.

Interactions & stacking

What's safe to combine, and what belongs in a separate pin.

Safe & synergistic

AOD-9604No interaction. Safe to draw into same syringe. Draw Glow LAST.
IpamorelinIpa has His but minimal chelation in seconds of syringe contact. Draw Glow LAST.
MOTS-cSafe in same syringe. Draw Glow LAST.
SelankNo reactive residues. Safe in same syringe. Draw Glow LAST.

Keep separate

VIPCopper oxidizes VIP Met-17 even during brief syringe contact. VIP is hyper-sensitive to copper. Hard stop.
LL-37BPC-157 is anionic. LL-37 is cationic (+6 charge). Charge interaction causes aggregation on contact.
OxytocinCysteine disulfide bond in oxytocin is reactive with copper. Do not mix.
CJC-1295 with DACDAC maleimide linker reacts with peptides. Pin CJC-DAC separately.
06

Side effects & safety

Commonly reported

  • Mild injection site redness or warmth (resolves in minutes)
  • Temporary skin flushing from copper component
  • Occasional lightheadedness post-injection
  • Mild metallic taste reported by some users (copper-related)

Less common & notes

  • Rarely reported: headache, transient nausea, localized copper skin staining at injection site (cosmetic, fades).
  • GHK-Cu is an endogenous peptide present in human plasma, so adverse reactions are uncommon.
  • Long-term safety data for the injectable combination in humans does not exist.

Storage. Reconstitute with bacteriostatic water. Store refrigerated at 2-8 degrees C. Blue tint from copper ion is normal and does not indicate degradation. Shelf life approximately 28 days after reconstitution. Do not freeze after reconstitution. Protect from prolonged light exposure. Discard if cloudy, particulate, or color changes beyond normal blue tint.

08

Regulatory status

Not FDA-approved. Available through compounding pharmacies with prescription in some jurisdictions and through research chemical suppliers. Contains three research peptides. GHK-Cu has published human topical data but limited injectable clinical data. BPC-157 has FDA Orphan Drug Designation for short bowel syndrome. All current human use is experimental and off-label.
